PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All items present can be purchased subject to verification of product availability. By sending an e-mail request you can obtain the price, delivery times and characteristics of the desired product.
SAIL&DESIGN reserves the right to vary the prices without notice, except that the sale price published on the site at the time of the order will be maintained until the single order has been processed.
Our prices are usually published VAT INCLUDED
In the event of errors caused by computer malfunctions (probably incorrect prices or characteristics), SAIL&DESIGN has the right not to process the order.

Every single order will be confirmed with an e-mail to the address indicated during the contact phase.
The shipment usually takes place within the third working day for the goods in our warehouse; for items made to order, delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delivery is made by express courier to the address indicated by the purchaser.
The expected delivery by the Express Courier on the Italian territory is generally on the first working day after shipment and two days for the islands or locations not reached directly by the same carrier. During the Christmas periods and the month of August, the delivery terms may vary.
If due to delays not due to the will of SAIL&DESIGN it is not possible to process the order within the five days foreseen, the customer will be promptly notified.
SAIL&DESIGN will ship the goods to the address provided by the customer who assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided and guarantees the presence of people at the time of delivery.
All goods are sold with a receipt, unless an invoice is requested AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE communicating the company name, tax code, VAT number, univocal code (for Italian companies) and the tax domicile of the purchaser.
COLLECTION SPECS REVEAL TO ME
The items in the REVEAL ME line are made with recycled sails, previously washed and sanitized. The fabric may have imperfections due to intrinsic characteristics and not to production defects, therefore not included in the return authorization cases.

It is mandatory to indicate the order number and date as well as the name and surname of the person who placed the order in the reason for payment.
If the shipment with cash on delivery payment is chosen , if foreseen, this must be settled in cash to the courier who delivers the goods.
SHIPMENTS
All shipments are made by Express Courier
SAIL&DESIGN has the right to opt for the carrier it deems most appropriate at the time of shipment, choosing in any case from among the best national shippers (DHL, TNT, UPS, SDA, Bartolini, etc).
Each shipment is covered by insurance at the expense of the seller and the carrier. Therefore, in the event of loss or damage to the goods, SAIL&DESIGN will take care of replacing the shipment without additional costs for the Buyer.
The agreements with the Couriers provide for a first delivery attempt and the filing of a written notice in the event of the recipient's or other cohabitants' absence. A second free attempt will be made the following day.
It is possible to choose a delivery address different from that of the buyer. In this case it will be necessary to indicate the destination address in the order, having previously ascertained the consent of the recipients to collect the goods.
Shipments to foreign countries are subject to an increase in the shipping cost. Any customs duties are included in the shipping cost.
Except for proven reasons of major cause, the agreements with the Couriers provide for delivery on the working day following that of the shipment, except for the islands and for some areas of the Italian territory where the deliveries are supported by local carriers, where the delivery will take place on the second working day after shipment
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you have purchased a Product through the revealmi.com website, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the purchased good.
The Withdrawal may concern all the goods purchased or only part of the goods themselves, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (legislative decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The notice of withdrawal, sent by e-mail to amministrazione@rivelami.com , must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which it is intended to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase .
SAIL&DESIGN communicates to the consumer Purchaser without delay a confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the site, of the withdrawal exercised.
Once the request for withdrawal has been received, SAIL&DESIGN will refund the entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs) by the Consumer Purchaser within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Purchaser exercised the right of withdrawal, by re-credit to the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the Consumer Purchaser with the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same payment method used by the Consumer Purchaser at the time of purchase. At the same time as the refund of the amount paid, SAIL&DESIGN will eliminate any benefit connected to the purchase and possibly assigned to the Purchaser as a consequence of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (eg discount coupons or gifts).
In compliance with the provisions of article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Purchaser cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized.
The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the Buyer communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any gifts.
SAIL&DESIGN reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal.
If the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not respected, the Consumer Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid . In this case, the Consumer Purchaser will be able to get back, at his own expense , the product in the state in which it was returned to SAIL&DESIGN . Otherwise, SAIL&DESIGN will be able to keep the returned products, in addition to all the sums already paid by the Consumer Purchaser for the related purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the Buyer.

Warranties
All products on the site and purchased are covered by a 24-month warranty (12 months for professionals) according to current EU standards
These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in compliance with Italian law, and in particular with the discipline contained in Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on distance selling to consumers.
In the event of disputes in relations with consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the territorial jurisdiction is without fail attributed to the Court of residence (or domicile) of the consumer.
Furthermore, the consumer established in Europe can take advantage of the platform made available by the European Commission for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated on the site.
