By recovering the exhausted sails, you will have contributed to a more sustainable world and for this you are rewarded.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE VOUCHER?
The issuing of the voucher is not immediate upon receipt of the sails.
Normally the vouchers are issued within 30/40 days of receiving the material
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE VOUCHER?
The voucher is sent via email through our store portal. You will receive an email from store@rivelami.com with the unique voucher code and the related amount.
HOW CAN I USE THE PURCHASE VOUCHER?
The voucher can be spent on our online store, or at our headquarters in Sarzana on all Rivelami items, available and made to order.
If you use it online, just click on the link in the email and the amount of the voucher will be automatically canceled when you pay for the order.
DO I HAVE TO SPEND THE ENTIRE PURCHASE VOUCHER?
The voucher can be partially used. If the order placed does not reach the amount of the voucher, only the amount necessary to confirm the order will be deducted.
The remaining amount can be used in a subsequent order
DOES IT HAVE AN EXPIRY?
The purchase voucher for the recovery of the sails does not expire.
I HAVE LOST MY VOUCHER, CAN I GET IT BACK?
If you have canceled the purchase voucher email, you can contact us by email, write an email to hello@rivelami.com, indicating your name, surname, reference for the collection of the sails. We will resend your purchase voucher to you
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PURCHASE VOUCHER
Sorry, but we'll fix it right away!
First of all, we recommend that you check the SPAM box of the email you used for communications relating to the recovery. If there is no trace here either, it is possible that the voucher has not yet been issued because your sails are queuing up to be viewed.
You can send us an email indicating the collection reference number, your name and surname, we will verify and promptly issue the purchase voucher
... WHAT IF I DON'T WANT A COUPON, BUT A PRODUCT MADE WITH MY OWN SAIL?
Just indicate it on the recovery sheet. We will look at the sails and tell you if that product is feasible. Then we will produce it for you, giving your sails a second life!
